    Boxing is my favorite sport and I consider it to be one of the best sports to lose belly fat and get six pack abs because of the amazing cardio exercises if offers. I attend the gym about four times a week and I eat small, healthy meals throughout the day to keep my metabolism going.

      It is an amazing sport that a lot of people knock because they feel it is a violent sport. However, the physical and mental benefits behind it far outweigh those "violent" notions in my opinion. The funny thing, however, is that boxing isn't really a cardio exercise unless you are constantly doing jump rope or things of that like. For the most part, boxing is a muscle endurance sport! Do you attend a local gym?

    Yes I do attend a local gym but I just train to stay in shape because I stopped fighting years ago when I attended high school.

      I'm in the same boat! I spar with people and what not but because of my schedule I can't train to compete like I used to. Boxing is a 24/7 sport if you want to compete!
